[Oh boy, a fourth wall event that Xanxus is actually conscious for! Like many others who have regained lost powers and weapons and whatnot, his Flames of Wrath are now fully functional once more, and his X-Guns and box weapon have mysteriously appeared on his person as well. After having gone almost an entire year without them, he finds it very, very strange. He's happy that they're back, but it's still weird.

On the video feed, Xanxus can be seen playing with his flame, which is completely engulfing his hand and flaring rather violently. He shoots a couple fireballs to make sure that they're really working to their full extent. Standing behind him in the background is a large, white-furred and red-eyed lion with similar flames coming out of its mane and paws. It looks like it could pass for a Pokemon, but it really isn't one at all.

Once Xanxus is completely sure that his flames are working again, he turns his attention to the camera and asks just one simple question.]

What the fuck is going on here?

[Yep. That's all he wanted to say.

Anyone in the Saffron area can either find him in the city messing with his flames some more, or on one of the routes nearby, testing out his guns. He missed these beauties so much. Xanxus hasn't even noticed yet that his roster of Pokémon has changed completely...]

[Wow, what a wimp. Xanxus looks in Ruby's direction and points one of his guns straight at him.]

[Killua pouts at Xanxus in response before taking out a pokéball. Out comes his rotom but instead of having it attack Xanxus. Kil tell it to use Discharge on Killua himself. The rotom gladly obliges, Kil just grins and bares the brunt of the attack.

Once it's over he gives Xanxus a smirk before seeming to disappear. He reappear in from of the Xanxus and throws an electrically charge punch to his face.]

No, I want better answer than that.

[Damn, Xanxus never thought that the brat had any powers. He manages to dodge the electric punch thanks to his intuition, though he doesn't attack back.]

It's not something you'd be able to do.

[ standing behind him and laughing at everyone who freaks out about his boss' guns VOIIII ]

[And as soon as he hears Squalo's laughter, Xanxus stops and turns back to look at him. What the hell, man?]

What the fuck are you doing here?

Eh?! Why wouldn't I be here? [ actually, he has no idea where 'here' is. it's just where xanxus is, and that's all that matters. ]

[she rolls her eyes.]

[There's a rather familiar-looking guy just standing behind a tree with a very crazy hairdo and sunglasses...and he's just going to stare at Xanxus and the lion now because WHAT IS GOING ONNNNN]

X-Xanxus?

[Xanxus looks in Sissel's direction, just... staring at him for a moment. His face definitely looks familiar to him (and his hair), but that's about it.]

...Who the fuck are you again?

[He's not very good at remembering people he doesn't really give a shit about.]

Sissel. We talked a while ago. Don't know how long ago that was, though. Honestly, I'm back as if nothing happened...

[So people who had powers/weapons before are suddenly getting them back now, and people who weren't in Johto/Kanto before are appearing in random towns. This is definitely strange. Normally, people spawn either in New Bark or, since last month, Goldenrod...

What Maxie's left with today, then (outside of a hell of a lot of confusion) is someone who looks vaguely familiar playing with a fucking fireball. Needless to say, the fucking fireball is far more interesting than anything the guy himself is actually doing. It's not something Groudon does; no, no, this feels like something else. Different.
